We’ll kick things off with a casual Meet & Greet, an open house-style session where you can meet fellow creatives and get cozy in the space.
You’ll also be reminded of your Creative Prompt for the week: a light, playful invitation to make something that feels good, no pressure, all fun. (Bonus: every submission enters you to win some lovely prizes!)

DAY TWO | Ask, Learn, Connect
We’ll start the day with an inspiring Guest Expert Q&A Panel, featuring key well-known experts from the creative industry. Expect a thoughtful, down-to-earth conversation filled with honest stories, real-world wisdom, and practical insights to help you grow as a creative, and stay true to yourself while doing it. Bring your questions, there will be space for those too!
Later in the day, we’ll cozy up for a Guest Coffee Session —a calming, heartfelt chat all about persevering with your inner confidence. Together, we'll share gentle insight, real talk, and encouragement to help you quiet comparison, trust your creative path, and keep going even on those wobbly days.

DAY THREE | Build + Make Something Beautiful
We’ll kick off with a Portfolio Review Session, a warm, supportive space where a handful of attendees will receive kind, thoughtful feedback on their work. Whether you’re preparing to pitch or simply looking for a fresh perspective, this is a valuable opportunity to grow, reflect, and learn from the conversation.
You’ll also receive practical tips and a helpful checklist for putting your portfolio together, so even if your work isn’t being reviewed live, you’ll walk away with insights and inspiration to apply to your own creative path!
Then, it’s time to get those creative hands moving in a 90-minute live Creative Workshop with Lori Siebert. Together, we’ll explore, experiment, and make in real time, no pressure, just joyful creativity and space to play. Come as you are, and enjoy creating alongside a welcoming group of fellow artists.

DAY FOUR
Thursday, November 20th
DAY FOUR | Reflect, Set Intentions, & Celebrate 🎉
We’ll wrap up our time together with a 2026 Goal Setting Session. This is a chance to look ahead to the new year with clarity and intention. You’ll reflect on what matters most, sketch out meaningful next steps, and reconnect with your vision for your creative path.
Then, we’ll move into Breakout Sessions where you can share your thoughts and goals with fellow creatives in smaller groups. It’s a gentle space for connection, encouragement, and mutual inspiration.
And of course—we’ll close things out with a little celebration! We’ll announce our Creative Prompt Giveaway Winners, chosen from submissions during our 4 days together!

Hi. I'm Margo.
I’ve spent my life helping artists and creatives find their wings...
It’s hard to find like-minded people sometimes. Those closest to us don’t always understand our creative spirit.
Along my personal journey, the thing that keeps me going is the creative friends I’ve met and shared thoughts, time, and experiences with.
I myself have spent basically my whole life immersed in some sort of creative project or another. I love putting art out into the world, especially the work of other creatives.
I am an entrepreneur first; however, I have decades of experience in design, manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing, product development, licensing, and all-around management of artful products and creative people.
My absolute favorite pursuit is helping other artists and creatives grow by focusing on what they do best. I mentor, teach, and chat with fellow creatives on my Windowsill Chats podcast, run my agency Tantau Studio, and host a supportive creative community inside my membership, The Foundry.
Over our 4 days together, I hope you’ll find something that sparks inspiration, a moment to play, explore, and reconnect with what you love about creating. I’m so looking forward to cheering you on as you build confidence, try new things, and grow into the creative voice that’s uniquely yours.
